Science Games

She attends a Christian school and has been with the same group of girls since Kindergarten. She used to be in the thick of things, but little by little, they’ve all paired off and left her as the odd person out during recess and activities requiring pairing off. When she asks to join in, she is told they have enough people already, but then they’ll let other kids play. She did have a best friend, but she has paired off with another girl as well. Most of the girls are friendly to her during class and at lunch, she is not picked on in any way. She just isn’t able to get close to anyone or have a best friend. I have to wonder if it’s something she is or isn’t doing. She denies saying anything derogatory to or about anyone, but maybe she is giving off some kind of attitude? At home she is quiet and close to her younger sister, and interested in video games, nature, and science. At school she is fairly athletic, gets excellent grades, and is considered mature for her age.

Yeah, last year no one liked this kid but I still did so now I’m stuck with him. I also have every class at school with him. But, he’s one of those people that your his best friend so you have to be his partner for everything. He’s my partner for science fair and mu alpha theta math carnival. And I do all the work. He’s also one of those people that gets really into games like in PE or on Wii. And wow it drives me crazy. Haha. What should I do?
